Andrea is a Lead Agile Coach and Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT) with more than a decade of in-house experience in guiding organizations to adopt and evolve agile practices to improve adaptability, effectiveness and customer focus across various industries including fintech, telecom, marketing, IT services and HR services.
Currently, Andrea works as Lead Agile Coach for a large telecommunications provider, working closely with management and teams to refine and implement agile strategies to increase productivity.
His previous role as Lead Agile Coach at a fintech scaleup, as well as previous positions in various marketing and technology companies, have given him a broad understanding of agile practices in different work environments. Andreas's hands-on approach helps bridge the gap between strategic goals and operational execution, ensuring that agile principles are implemented in a way that addresses each organization's unique challenges and goals.
Andreas' leadership skills go beyond applying techniques; he drives culture change towards greater effectiveness and efficiency. Corinna is an experienced digital product management executive known for her ability to guide products from launch to maturity and through growth phases while always meeting user needs.
Currently, Corinna serves as Chief Product Owner and Team Lead at a large social services organization in Vienna, where she leads a team dedicated to driving innovation and excellence in product development. Her responsibilities include not only strategic oversight, but also direct mentorship to help product professionals succeed in their careers.
Previously, Corinna held significant roles at leading online marketplace companies, where she successfully developed platforms that significantly improved user engagement and business performance. She works closely with leadership teams at the CxO level to align product strategies with business goals, which is a critical factor in driving product lines to market leadership.
Committed to continuous professional growth, Corinna holds certifications in Agile Product Management, Enterprise Product Ownership, and as a Certified LeSS Practitioner. These certifications demonstrate her commitment to mastering product management techniques and effectively leading large-scale teams.
